Job Description:

Join a specialized oncology unit as a Registered Nurse, where you'll be immersed in the treatment of hematology and chemotherapy patients. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts, with a focus on managing blood products, chemo administration, and supportive care within a 35-bed medical and radiation oncology setting. Expect to float across various units including Stepdown and Advanced Care, gaining diverse experience. The assignment offers an engaging mix of patient care tasks with the opportunity to work with chemotherapy-certified patients and potentially handle high-acuity cases. Travel experience is preferred, and you'll need to demonstrate a solid SD/PCU work history with 1:5 ratio experience for consideration. Be prepared for some responsibility, including interpreting EKG strips, managing drips, and participating in a team that handles complex oncology cases.
