Job Description:

Join a 13-week assignment as a Med/Surg RN at Deaconess IL Medical Center in Marion, IL. This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 7 am to 7:30 pm on a busy 36-bed unit specializing in medical and orthopedic care. Expect to work an average of 36 hours per week, with staffing support for primary care ratios of 1:5, and flexibility for 1:4 situations when staffing calls for it. You will float to the Emergency Department and ICU as needed to support care for medical holds. This position requires confident, independent nurses who can adapt to changing circumstances and manage a resilient approach, all while working in a team that values hard work and social interaction. The work environment is fast-paced, offering an engaging experience for those who thrive on variety and challenge.
