Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. This role offers an engaging opportunity to manage patients with various cardiac diagnoses, including arrhythmias, post-cardiac procedures, and heart failure, with a focus on precision in medication management involving cardiac drips. You'll be integral to a team that values teamwork and flexibility, including floating across units as needed. Prior experience with IV starts, dysrhythmia interpretation, and cardiac tele is essential. Note that RTO (Request Time Off) is limited to 7 days post-booking, and no on-site work is permitted after booking. Expect a weekly commitment of 36 hours, with a total duration of 13 weeks. The role is located at 3333 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in a facility equipped with systems like PYXIS, EPIC, and SBAR. A three-day orientation, including EPIC training and on-unit familiarization, prepares you to deliver top-notch care in this fast-paced environment.
