Job Description:

This MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple units within a short-term acute care hospital setting. As a float nurse, you'll be responsible for covering medical, surgical, oncology, neuro, and cardiology units, providing flexible support wherever it’s needed most. The role involves night shifts, with 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, and requires experience in IV starts and telemetry monitoring. You will also be expected to adapt quickly to different patient populations and unit protocols, floating within scope to meet hospital needs. This assignment emphasizes teamwork, versatility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care compliance.
