Job Description:

Join a busy urban trauma center as an Emergency Department RN in Springfield, Missouri. During this 13-week assignment, you'll be on the evening shift from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity environment that handles over 200 patients daily. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients of all ages, with a focus on trauma, strokes, and burn injuries. This role offers a chance to experience a Level 1 trauma center, working alongside dedicated colleagues in a facility recognized for safety and quality care. As part of your duties, you will utilize EPIC electronic medical records, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate with ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes.
