Job Description:

Join our team as an ER Registered Nurse in Towson, Maryland, for a 10-week contract working overnight shifts. This role offers a chance to navigate a variety of clinical situations, from respiratory and cardiac emergencies to trauma and psychiatric cases. You'll be on a 3x12-hour night schedule (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), providing essential patient care in a facility that serves both pediatric and geriatric populations. The unit averages around 30 patients daily, with an emphasis on stabilization and rapid response, especially in a trauma center just minutes away. Certification requirements include MD RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH, and prior ER experience is preferred but not mandatory. The position involves implementing protocols for diverse patient diagnoses, such as MI, stroke, chest pain, and trauma, including some psychiatric cases. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your emergency skills in a supportive environment with a dedicated staff and a variety of clinical cases to keep you engaged.
