Job Description:

Join a reputable Level I Trauma Center as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) in Charleston, South Carolina. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work in a bustling surgical department with 21 OR suites, covering specialties such as trauma, transplant, neuro, ortho, ENT, robotics, and more. You'll participate in a variety of cases — from complex neuro procedures to orthopedic joints — and support a team that values skilled technicians capable of managing diverse surgical procedures. The shift is a 12-hour day, three days a week, with up to one weekend shift per month, offering a balance of busy days and recovery time. Prepare to be involved in operating rooms that utilize cutting-edge technology, including robotic systems like DaVinci Xi, and support a magnet-designated, nurse-driven environment. Flexibility to float between units is expected, and experience in neuro, ENT, and robotics cases is highly preferred. This role is ideal for a tech with at least two years of experience looking to expand their expertise in a dynamic, high-volume surgical setting.
