Job Description:

Step into a critical role in the operating room as an OR RN Circulator in Carlsbad, New Mexico. This 13-week contract offers you the opportunity to work in a 99-bed facility with six operating rooms, performing approximately 250 procedures monthly. You will be coordinating patient care during surgeries across diverse specialties including general, ortho, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endo, trauma, and DaVinci robotics. Your focus will be on organizing supplies, ensuring case flow, assisting physicians, scrubbed in during surgeries, and supervising team members, all while working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with call duties. Expect to demonstrate leadership and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced surgical environment that demands both precision and professionalism.
