Job Description:
Join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist on a 13-week travel assignment in Rome, GA. You'll perform a variety of nuclear medicine scans such as cardiac stress tests, HIDA scans, GI bleeds, VQ perfusions, and more, using Siemens CKM and Symbia S equipment. This role often involves working solo during your shift, so confidence with independent responsibilities and managing complex procedures is essential. The facility is a teaching hospital with a Level 2 Trauma designation, offering a chance to sharpen your skills in a vibrant, supportive setting. You'll work 8-hour days, with a schedule that may include weekend rotations and on-call shifts, including late calls until 1800. There’s also holiday coverage, primarily on call. If you’re comfortable working with adult patients and have a minimum of 2 years of nuclear medicine experience, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a collaborative environment, supported by a lead tech, management, and other team members.
