Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Portland, Oregon. This role involves floating between units, primarily focusing on neurovascular and medical-surgical care, with responsibilities including administering medications, monitoring neurological status, and assisting with patient needs. The position requires on-call availability and weekend shifts every other week. The ideal candidate will possess NIHSS certification and have at least two years of experience in med surg or neurovascular acute care. Expect a mix of night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) working 36 hours per week, with the opportunity to experience a variety of clinical environments across multiple facilities in the Portland area. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to hone your neuro and med-surg skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting, with floating to different units and facilities as needed while earning a competitive weekly gross pay.
