Job Description:

Join the Pediatric ICU team in Rochester, Minnesota, for a 14-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role involves coordinating comprehensive nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients, including direct patient interventions, educating families, and facilitating smooth transitions of care. You'll support a diverse range of complex cases such as trauma, cardiac, neurological, and transplant patients in a setting dedicated to challenging pediatric cases. The role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives like quality improvement and mentor peers, all while operating within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The unique unit specializes in transplant procedures and multi-organ management, making this a truly specialized experience.
