Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in the Neuro Telemetry unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield offers a chance to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll be providing comprehensive nursing care to neuro, medical, and tele patients with a focus on medication titration and neuro-specific protocols. The role involves floating on a rotational basis within the unit, collaborating with a skilled team, and using EPIC electronic medical records. Expect to manage patient ratios of approximately 1:6 to 1:7 during nights, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. The ideal candidate has at least one year of inpatient neuro tele experience, holds a Missouri RN license, and is comfortable working independently with decisive judgment.
