Job Description:

This RN position in the Labor and Delivery unit offers an engaging opportunity to work on nights in a well-equipped facility. You'll be responsible for caring for adult patients experiencing various obstetric conditions, including normal spontaneous labor, preterm labor, and postpartum care. The role involves monitoring fetal health via fetal monitoring and assessment, responding swiftly to emergencies, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Expect to work with a 1:1 patient ratio and utilize electronic health records such as Centricity and Meditech. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts, providing a unique experience of overnight hospital operations, with an initial assignment span of 13 weeks.
