Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role offers a challenging yet rewarding experience floating between cardiothoracic and intensive care units. The position requires a skilled professional comfortable adapting to different patient needs, with a focus on cardiovascular critical care. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing specialized care in a fast-paced environment. No on-call duties are involved, but every other weekend work ensures a consistent schedule. Expect to manage patient ratios of 1:1 and 1:2, with the opportunity to develop your expertise in a diverse ICU setting that values adaptability and critical thinking.
