Job Description:

This contract positions you in a fast-paced nursing role where you will evaluate, plan, and document patient care in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities include assessing various aspects of patients' health, reviewing diagnostics, and formulating individualized care plans that consider physical, psychological, social, and cultural factors. You'll coordinate with healthcare team members to implement and update these plans while providing direct nursing care during overnight shifts. This role offers the chance to apply your clinical judgment and specialized skills, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes without the typical bedside bustle of inpatient wards.
