This Surgical Technician-NCA role offers a focused opportunity to support surgical teams during intra-operative procedures in Louisville. You'll assist with preparing and handling surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring each step aligns with aseptic techniques to promote optimal patient outcomes. You’ll be actively involved in sponge, sharps, and instrument counts, and will assist surgeons across various specialties, from orthopedics to oncology. The setting presents a chance to refine your skills in a fast-paced, changing environment where quick thinking and precise execution are essential. Expect to work days, with some call shifts that may require overnight availability, providing a well-rounded experience in surgical support.
