Job Description:

Join a busy inpatient acute care setting as an Occupational Therapist, providing therapy services across a variety of patient populations, including cardiopulmonary, neurological, orthopedic, surgical, trauma, and oncology cases. This role offers the chance to work on a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (start time flexible up to 8:00 AM), across a 13-week contract. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and ensuring documentation aligns with departmental policies. The assignment stands out with its requirement to work one weekend every four weeks, providing a balanced work-life rhythm. Certifications such as BLS and a valid State License are mandatory, with a minimum of one year of acute care experience preferred.
