Job Description:

Join a busy ICU team in Bay City, Texas, for a 13-week travel assignment working 12-hour night shifts. This role requires a skilled Intensive Care Nurse ready to handle a variety of complex conditions such as sepsis, arrhythmias, and respiratory failure. The unit features a mix of high- and lower-acuity patients, with ratios ranging from 1:1 to 3:1, and uses Meditech electronic health records. You'll be part of a facility that operates with a hospitalist and in-house ER physicians 24/7, emphasizing the importance of vent management and cardiac monitoring. The schedule rotates every 36/48 hours, with guaranteed 36 hours weekly.
