Job Description:

This MICU Registered Nurse role offers a chance to work in a high-acuity unit focused on Covid care, pronation therapy, and CRRT procedures. You will be performing advanced patient monitoring, managing vasopressor titrations, and utilizing specialized equipment like CRRT Dialysis machines. Expect to be part of a team that occasionally joins emergency response efforts, staying on-site until the situation passes. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a commitment of three nights per week for a total of 36 hours. This assignment provides an engaging environment for nurses comfortable with critical care procedures and those who thrive in fast-paced settings. Be prepared for possible float requirements and use of Epic electronic health records system.
