Job Description:

Join a vibrant NICU team as a Registered Nurse in Madison, WI, where you'll provide critical care in a high-acuity environment. This 13-week contract offers a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts—day shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm and night shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am—spanning Monday through Friday with 2-3 weekend shifts every six weeks. The role emphasizes hands-on experience with post-op patients, g-tubes, trach/vent management, and various ventilation techniques, perfect for nurses with strong NICU backgrounds. Expect to collaborate closely with a dedicated team while honing your skills in a supportive setting. The assignment blends the intensity of Level IV NICU experience with the variety of Level III cases, making this a rewarding opportunity for seasoned NICU RNs.
