Job Description:

Join a dedicated nursing team specializing in advanced cardiac procedures in Alexandria, LA. This 13-week contract offers you the opportunity to work in a specialized cardiology unit, providing care for patients undergoing cardiac caths, TAVR, and device management. As a vital member of the team, you'll independently conduct routine and complex nursing tasks during 8-hour day shifts, collaborating closely with a team of nurses and techs. The assignment features a consistent schedule with every third or fourth weekend on call, enabling you to experience the nuances of specialized cardiac care in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help ensure patients receive attentive, professional care during their critical procedures and recovery.
