Job Description:

This travel assignment offers a hands-on experience in a busy Labor & Delivery setting, ideal for Registered Nurses with at least one year of OB experience. You'll be involved in managing antepartum, labor, and postpartum patients, attending deliveries, and supporting neonates. Expect to stay in a role where you'll monitor patients closely, administer Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate, and ensure smooth postpartum recoveries. The work is fast-paced, requiring independence and confidence in OB procedures, with an occasional opportunity to support the OR during deliveries. The shift involves 12-hour nights over a 13-week period, with scheduled weekend rotation and holiday coverage, including Christmas shifts. This is a unique chance to refine obstetric skills in a supportive environment, with a focus on real-time patient management and collaboration with the healthcare team.
