Job Description:

Join the ICU float pool team at a renowned Level I trauma center in Hawaii where you'll rotate through Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, and Neuro ICUs. This 16-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant, high-acuity setting, providing critical care in a tertiary hospital known for its comprehensive specialty services. Your role will involve floating to various ICU units as operational needs dictate, ensuring a diverse and engaging experience. You’ll be part of a dedicated team managing patients with complex conditions, including those requiring CRRT, ECMO, LVAD, and transplants. The position requires a strong focus on patient stability, quick thinking, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This is not your typical ICU assignment—expect to hone your skills in a dynamic environment while exploring the beautiful island of Oahu.
