Job Description:

This Medical Surgical Registered Nurse role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a specialized 32-bed unit dedicated to pioneering new technologies and innovative nursing practices. You will be scheduled for 12-hour day shifts, working every other weekend and participating in a holiday rotation that requires working at least one summer and one winter holiday. Flexibility is key, as floating to cover staffing needs is occasionally necessary. The position involves self-scheduling within assigned groups, with rotations every week to keep things fresh. Put your two years of experience to good use on a team that embraces innovation and technology in patient care, while enjoying the challenge of balancing workload and schedule flexibility.
