Job Description:

Join a specialized Cardiovascular Operating Room team in Elkhart, Indiana, as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-level cardiac procedures such as CABG, Valve repairs, ECMO, and TAVR, supporting a team of cardiothoracic surgeons and Physician Assistants. You'll rotate through three dedicated ORs, including a Hybrid OR, and engage in complex cases alongside a tight-knit team of four RNs and CSTs. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days with on-call duties every other weekend and one holiday per term. The assignment emphasizes collaborative, fast-paced work, with orientation tailored to your comfort level and experience. This role is ideal for experienced CSTs who thrive in a specialized cardiac setting and are prepared to live 50 miles away from the local area for this rewarding opportunity.
