Job Description:

This emergency department RN position in Springfield offers a chance to work in a busy urban trauma center, providing direct patient care for a variety of cases including trauma, stroke, and STEMI. The shift runs overnight from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over a 13-week contract. You will be assessing, planning, and implementing care for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires agility and quick thinking, with some shifts feeling more like a clinical chess match than a routine day. Experience in trauma centers and high patient volumes will be your foundation for success here.
