Job Description:

Join a high-energy labor and delivery unit in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Registered Nurse. This fast-paced obstetric ward handles over 300 births each month, meaning you'll experience the buzz of a busy maternity setting. Your day will be filled with circulating, performing sterile vaginal exams, and providing immediate newborn care, all while managing high patient acuity and double labor assignments. Flexibility and confidence in handling obstetrical emergencies are essential here, and previous experience in large-volume units will prepare you for the quick pace and unique challenges of this high-risk environment. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule, with opportunities for contracts spanning 13 to 26 weeks.
