Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for an 18-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a Level I Trauma center, where approximately 60%-80% of ED patients are admitted, including many in ED Holding. You'll primarily work with admitted patients, providing critical care in a fast-paced environment. The assignment involves working two out of three major holiday bundles, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, so flexible holiday scheduling is expected. Certification in ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC is required, with a preference for candidates with Level 1 Trauma experience and at least 2 years of emergency nursing experience. Expect to be scheduled for weekends as needed, with a focus on maintaining a calm, effective presence during busy shifts.
