Job Description:

This PCU Float Registered Nurse role places you in the heart of Ohio’s well-respected medical community, working within the Progressive Care Unit's float pool. You will cover night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM over a 13-week contract, providing coverage across multiple units and potentially floating to different OSU-affiliated hospitals, all just a short walk away from your primary location. Expect to manage patient ratios of 1:3-4, utilizing your IV start skills, tele-ET, and expertise with Epic documentation. Your experience with BLS and ACLS will ensure safe, efficient care during each shift, all while enjoying a role that keeps you flexible and engaged in diverse clinical scenarios. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience a variety of hospital settings in a vibrant city surrounded by Ohio’s changing seasons.
