Job Description:

Join the team at PeaceHealth Springfield Rehabilitation Hospital as an RN for an engaging 13-week travel assignment. This role offers a chance to work in a state-of-the-art, 42-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting, focusing on helping adult and some geriatric patients regain independence following injuries or illnesses such as strokes, brain injuries, or orthopedic trauma. Shift opportunities include 12-hour night shifts from 7PM to 7:30AM, with a weekly guarantee of 36 hours. Daily work involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, managing complex rehabilitation cases, and utilizing electronic health records like EPIC.
