Job Description:

This contract position places a registered nurse in a high-paced Cardiac and adult geriatrics environment within a 35-bed unit. The role involves managing complex patient needs, including titrating drips for medications such as Cardizem and seizure treatments, while collaborating closely with charge nurses and patient care techs. The 12-hour night shifts run from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, spanning 13 weeks. Nurses will need to complete a hands-on onsite onboarding plus 1-2 days of orientation and pass a skills exam during orientation. This assignment offers an engaging chance to work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population, with responsibilities that challenge your critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
