Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in Kearney, Nebraska. This role offers the chance to gain experience managing adult patients with diverse diagnoses, including cardiac, dialysis, cancer, and vascular conditions. You'll be responsible for titrating drips such as Heparin and Nitroglycerin, interpreting telemetry strips, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This assignment is unique due to its focus on patient-centered care, cultural diversity, and the opportunity to work with advanced equipment like ventilators and vein finders. Flexibility, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude are key to success in this role.
