This 13-week travel assignment places you on a fast-paced step-down unit at a leading hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. You will primarily work 12-hour days, focused on rapid patient turnover and ED decompression. Your role involves supporting high-acuity patients, completing admission assessments, medication reconciliation, and initiating acute care orders. The environment emphasizes healthcare teamwork and efficiency, with minimal bedside procedures. Experience in MedSurg, telemetry, or step-down settings—especially charge nurse responsibilities—is highly valued.
