Job Description:

Join Arkansas Children’s Hospital as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN on a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role involves caring for a diverse patient population, including micro-preemies, VLBW infants, and those with complex surgical needs such as diaphragmatic hernia and NEC perforation. You will be working in a 359-bed trauma 1 teaching hospital renowned for its advanced neonatal care, with a focus on acuity-based ratios and collaborative support from a multidisciplinary team. Expect to float within the ICU cluster (NICU, PICU, Burn ICU) as needed and participate in a comprehensive orientation program. Experience with the EPIC EMR system and a Level IV NICU background are required. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading neonatal unit in a facility that emphasizes family-centered care and innovative treatments.
