This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00, providing critical support during the overnight hours. You'll be responsible for delivering specialized care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced environment, managing a patient ratio of 1:2 while utilizing Epic charting systems.
