Job Description:

This pediatric CVICU contract in Dallas offers a focused opportunity to work with cardiac and post-operative congenital heart disease patients. The role involves providing specialized care on a 12-hour night shift schedule, with a team that handles ICU and step-down patients using advanced equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and GE radiant warmers. You'll be involved in procedures like arterial line management, post-op recovery, and patient monitoring, supporting a unit dedicated to young cardiac patients on the 3rd floor of Children's Tower. Expect a dynamic environment where your expertise in pediatric cardiac care directly impacts patient recovery and outcomes.
