Job Description:

Join Chesapeake Regional Healthcare as a Registered Nurse in the fast-paced Med/Surg Tele - Post-Surgical Unit. This 13-week contract offers the unique experience of working in a high-volume unit that cares for urology and GYN surgical patients. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an average of 48 hours per week, including every other weekend, floating shifts, and holiday coverage. This role is perfect for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy delivering care during the quiet and reflective night hours, ensuring patients receive attentive post-surgical support. Expect to manage patient ratios around 1:7, with opportunities to expand your skills in Epic documentation and surgical patient management.
