Job Description:

This PACU recovery role in Lewes, Delaware, offers a unique opportunity to work four 10-hour shifts with flexible start times ranging from 0500 to 0900. You will be part of a team supporting a level III trauma hospital with 210 beds, and you’ll experience a rotating schedule that includes on-call weekends every four weeks, alternating between day and midnight shifts. During your assignment, you’ll manage post-anesthesia recovery for patients undergoing orthopedic, gynecological, pediatric, vascular, ENT, C-section, GI, and general surgeries using Epic charting and RX Station medications. The role calls for at least two years of critical care experience, with proficiency in ventilators and arterial lines. The position involves floating within units like SDS or PAT as needed, and includes about 4-5 on-call shifts within each 4-week period.
