Job Description:

This pediatric float ICU contract offers a unique opportunity for experienced pediatric healthcare professionals to work across two campuses within a renowned medical facility. You'll be floating among PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and other specialty areas, providing critical support where it's needed most. The schedule features 12-hour days during a weekend block (Friday-Sunday), with every other weekend off, and a patient ratio of 2-3:1. As part of this role, you'll engage in diverse pediatric intensive care activities that challenge and grow your skills in a vibrant setting. Expect a professional, fast-paced environment that values your expertise and adaptability—plus, a little fun in the mix of serious work.
