Job Description:

Join us for a vibrant 13-week travel nursing opportunity in Mission Viejo, California, where you'll be a key player in a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool. This role is perfect for experienced pediatric RNs with strong NICU backgrounds, ready to float between NICU, PICU, and general pediatric units. You'll enjoy 12-hour day shifts, providing specialized care in a dynamic environment that values your expertise. It’s a chance to take your skills to new places, experiencing the unique rhythm of the West Coast while making a meaningful impact on young patients’ lives without the long-term commitment. During your shift, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional pediatric critical care, including neonatal intensive support, trauma stabilization, and management of respiratory and metabolic conditions, all while working with advanced EMR systems such as Epic. Your strong foundation in NICU as well as PICU and pediatric medical-surgical experience will serve you well in this float role, which emphasizes flexibility, skill, and compassion.
