Job Description:

Join our team as a Histology Tech specializing in Electron Microscopy in Portland, Oregon. This role involves preparing and analyzing tissue specimens using transmission and scanning electron microscopes to support diagnostic pathology services. You'll be responsible for specimen fixation, ultrathin sectioning, staining, and capturing high-resolution diagnostic images. Operating and maintaining TEM and SEM equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality control are key parts of your day. Collaborate closely with pathologists and laboratory staff to deliver accurate and timely results, supporting crucial diagnostic work with a steady hand and an eye for detail.
