Job Description:

Join our pediatric critical care float pool team and experience the thrill of working across diverse units in a renowned Magnet hospital in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for experienced PICU nurses who thrive on variety and adaptability, as you'll have the chance to float between PICU, CVPICU, and NICU settings, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient support in a fast-paced environment, where your skills will be essential in managing complex pediatric cases. The 12-hour rotating shifts offer a balanced schedule, providing ample opportunity to explore what the city has to offer after your shifts.
