Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel contract in Salem, Virginia, where you'll be working Night shifts across 12-hour schedules at LewisGale Medical Center. This role offers a unique opportunity to be an essential part of a dedicated labor and delivery team, handling everything from vaginal deliveries and C-sections to epidural placements and antepartum triage. It's a busy, rewarding environment that values teamwork, skill, and patient respect, with the chance to put your OB nursing expertise to very good use in a hospital equipped with modern tools like Monica Novii and ambulatory telemetry monitors.

Schedule: Three shifts per week, with four weekends included every four-week cycle, featuring optional block scheduling. This role requires working on a busy labor and delivery unit, performing procedures like epidurals, assisting with vaginal deliveries, and supporting anesthesia recovery post-C-section.
