Job Description:

Join a highly respected Labor & Delivery unit as a traveling RN, where you'll oversee all stages of maternity care—from antepartum to postpartum and infant care. This role involves managing high-acuity labor patients, handling antepartum and postpartum couplets, and supporting the only Level 3 NICU in a 350-mile radius. You'll work 12-hour shifts, rotating between day and night hours, with some weekends and holidays. If you’re experienced in managing complex pregnancies and comfortable with a variety of obstetric procedures, this assignment offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in a fast-paced, high-level setting while exploring scenic South Dakota.
