Job Description:

Join us as a Step Down Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in San Francisco. This role involves rotating 12-hour shifts, primarily from 07:00 to 19:30, with the flexibility to float to other UCSF facilities as needed. You'll be working with patients who require close monitoring and specialized care, particularly in telemetry units, providing critical support for cardiac patients. This assignment is perfect for experienced nurses with at least two years of telemetry background, familiar with EKG recognition and trach care, and holding current certifications such as CA RN license, BSN, and AHA BLS. Your expertise will help ensure seamless patient recovery and stabilization in a fast-paced setting that values your skills and dedication.
