Job Description:

This RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics role offers a rewarding opportunity within a children's hospital setting, specializing in NICU and cardiac PICU cases. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00) on a 26-week contract, with an average commitment of 48 hours per week. The unit utilizes a self-scheduling model, giving you some flexibility, though the final schedule will be coordinated with management. Expect to work every other weekend and holiday, with a focus on critical neuro and respiratory diagnostics for neonatal and pediatric patients. The role requires level 4 NICU experience, with cardiac PICU background preferred. Certification in RRT, BLS, and NRP are necessary, and candidates can submit while their Virginia license is pending, provided they can obtain a temporary license beforehand. This is a great chance to hone specialized skills in a vibrant, fast-paced environment while contributing to the care of some of the most vulnerable little patients.
