Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract calls for a cardiovascular intensive care specialist to join a busy cardiac surgery unit. You'll work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend on days and nights, with some winter holiday coverage expected. The role involves floating between ICU and IMCU, managing patients with devices like IABP and Impella, and utilizing your extensive experience in similar settings. Epic experience, BLS-AHA, and ACLS-AHA certifications are required, along with two or more years of relevant background. This assignment provides guaranteed 72 hours every two weeks, with a weekly orientation to ensure you're fully prepared for your responsibilities.
