Job Description:

Join our team as a Cardiac Telemetry/Step Down RN at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, where you'll be vital in caring for patients recovering from cardiac procedures such as CABG, valve surgeries, and ablations. This 13-week contract offers a unique chance to work in a fast-paced 44-bed intermediate cardiac unit, with predominantly night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Travelers will float across various inpatient units as needed, managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:4, and engaging with high-acuity cases like arrhythmias, CHF, and post-op cardiac care. The role emphasizes independent task management in a dynamic environment, requiring a resilient and dedicated professional.
