Job Description:

Join a rewarding ICU float pool assignment in Burlington, MA, where you'll work a 12-hour rotating shift—either 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM—every other weekend. This 13-week contract offers an opportunity to experience diverse ICU and PCU settings, providing critical care support across trauma levels I and II. Expect to be fully engaged in complex patient scenarios that call for your ICU expertise, with the chance to float between units based on staffing needs. A focus on quality trauma care, combined with hospital protocols, ensures your skills remain sharp in a fast-paced environment with daily variation.
