Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in a Level III Trauma Center nestled in the scenic city of Kalispell, Montana. This 13-week contract places you in a fast-paced environment where you'll respond to a variety of respiratory needs, from acute respiratory failure to post-surgical ventilation. You'll float across multiple units including ER, PCU, MedSurg, and ICU, managing ventilators, assisting with intubations, and providing critical respiratory care for both adult and pediatric patients (mostly adults). The role combines technical expertise with autonomous decision-making and offers a chance to work with advanced equipment like Draeger vents and Hamilton transports. Expect a mix of night shifts, with a schedule that ensures a robust professional experience in a supportive hospital setting, with plenty of opportunities to respond to rapid responses, codes, and traumas.
